These terms of sale (the "Terms") govern sales of products offered on the ART BEYOND CONVENIENCE website (the "Site"), accessible at https://www.artbeyondconvenience.fr. Any order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. They are fashion and urban-culture pieces that may be unique or produced in limited series. Photographs are not contractually binding and may show slight variations from the actual product.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding any delivery charges, which are stated before the order is confirmed. The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.
The customer selects the products, reviews the contents of their basket, then confirms the order. The sale is deemed concluded once payment is confirmed. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious pricing error, or a prior dispute.
Payment is made online through the secure provider Stripe. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored by the seller. The order is confirmed only once payment has been accepted.
Products are delivered to the following countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, the United States and Canada. Delivery is free, whatever the destination. Shipments are made by Colissimo with delivery against signature. The average delivery time is 48 business hours within mainland France. For deliveries outside France, times vary depending on the destination country and the carrier's conditions; they are provided for information only. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in countries outside the European Union remain payable by the customer. Risk transfers to the customer when the parcel is handed over against signature.
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision before the withdrawal period expires. Products must be returned complete, unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are payable by the customer.
Reimbursement of the amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, is made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the recovery of the products or from receipt of proof of shipment provided by the customer, whichever is the earlier of these two events.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Independently of any commercial guarantee, the seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). For any claim: contact@artbeyondconvenience.fr.
The processing of the customer's personal data is described in the privacy policy.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may make free use of a consumer mediator. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
