These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made on the Art Beyond Convenience gallery website. Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of the gallery and its customers in the context of the sale of textile artworks and customized creations (clothing, sneakers, and related pieces), handcrafted by the artist.

2. Products

All items offered are one-of-a-kind artworks, entirely handmade. Each creation may include new and/or pre-owned materials.
Minor variations, imperfections, or traces of the artisanal process are inherent to the work and cannot be considered defects.

Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and aim to represent each piece as accurately as possible.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs.
The gallery reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.
A sale becomes final once payment has been confirmed.

The gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through secure payment systems.
Banking details are neither stored nor accessible by the gallery.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

6. Shipping

Each artwork is carefully packaged and shipped using reliable carriers.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

The gallery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or exceptional circumstances.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Due to the unique and artistic nature of the works offered, returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

In the event of a damaged or defective item upon receipt, the customer must contact the gallery within 48 hours, providing supporting evidence. An appropriate solution will be proposed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Liability

The gallery shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the website or the purchased products.

In all cases, the gallery’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

9. Intellectual Property

All artworks, visuals, texts, and content on the website are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, use, or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations.
It is neither sold nor shared with unauthorized third parties.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
